OHO
OHO - is a side-project of one of the members of the < < I.E.ShoP > >
OHO - is a conceptual double-language half-full-symmetric underground
art-project. Inspired by and dedicated to ambiquity, ambivalence and
changes of form that keep sense untouched.
OHO LIKES SYMMETRY IN allmost EVERYTHING (except music).
OHO - is very symmetric word, and can be read in two languages simultaneously.
OHO - in Russian is read like "ONO" (it meance "It")
OHO - in English is read like "OXO" (it means "OXO" and can be
understood differently) (most often as a shout meaning something big
and unpredictable)
OHO - looks so good, because two "O"s near both sides of "H" - are so beautiful (and symmetric).
we sometimes write the name with Cyrillic letters, or sometimes with
Latin, or sometimes mix and even use "0" (zero) instead of "О"
(Cyrillic) or "O" (Latin).
We even sometimes just draw three simple symbols: round-square-round.
The key-member of OHO - was one of a few Russian students making global
research studies in human creativity and innovation potential at the
beginning of the century. Now - postgraduate at the laboratory of
psychology of individual differences and behavioural genetics
MOST OF THE DIFFERENCES WE SEE - ARE JUST USEFUL FOR SOMEONE
NO ONE KNOWS THE BORDERS FOR SURE
OHO project in performance uses live electronic approach. Most often
improvising, using untrivial sources and ways to produce sound.
Assimilating to the space of the certain performance. Acting in
"aesthetic of falls", using Junk-Punk electronic stuff, some old
soft-wear and gear, some modern GNU-products, some self-made stuff...
But the technology - is not the key-idea. Most often inspiration
dictates an approach. So you can find some synth-pop tunes in OHO's
sound, and lot's more.
